This project involved the disassembly, refurbishment, replacement and re-installation of the Reactor Unit #2 Steam Turbine on a fast track turnaround basis. This project included the removal of the existing Unit #2 Steam Generator Turbine shell and rotors and the replacement with new equipment, Work included detailing, welding, millwright work, pipefitting, rigging, fabrication, and installation of large bore steam extraction piping supports and management of a multi-craft labor work force of over 250 personnel |

This project involved the installation
of two new 2 on 1 gas turbine units and the
balance of piping needed to complete the facility.
Work included the installation of new power
piping, fuel gas, nitrogen, instrument air,
and ammonia system piping, the forming and
pouring of new concrete foundations, fabrication
and installation of structural steel members
and the installation of all internal small
bore piping and systems to support the new
plant. Scope also included the installation
of new piping, tanks, vessels, pumps, and
other gas turbine power plant items. Perform
warranty work upon completion of project. |

| Description:
This project involved the refurbishment, retrofit,
and installation of emission controls for
two new GE turbine peaker units. The work
involved the removal and replacement of stacks,
catalyst units and piping, ducts and insulation.
Work scope also included excavation, pouring
and placement of all new foundations, fabrication
and installation of all anchorage, structural
steel, backfill and compaction. Work also
included the fabrication and installation
of stainless steel ammonia piping system,
equipment skids and pump placement. Successfully
completed on schedule and budget. |

Large Altitude Steam Line Replacement |
| Description
: This project involved the
fabrication and replacement of the high
pressure steam distribution piping system
for the NASA LASS Facility and included
replacing the 30” steam header,
and constructing new pipe supports,
drain lines, and pneumatic actuator
valves. Work also included fabrication
and replacement of the 12” and
24” steam supply lines, pipe restraints
and pipe supports for NASA at this important
test facility. |

Description
: This project involved the
demolition and construction of the
new addition and expansion of the
primary sewage treatment facility
that services the City of Ridgecrest
and the China Lake Naval Weapons Station.
Project included the installation
of a new grit chamber, new auger grinder
units, a new electrical system, new
above and below ground piping and
the cleaning and upgrade of the two
primary digesters. |

| Description:
This project involved the excavation
and placement of an underground water
distribution pipeline system sized to
service this facility. Work included
the excavation and installation of a
water distribution pipeline construction
of a new water storage tank, repair
of valves, level indicators, ladder
and other appurtenances. Work also involved
the modification of piping in water
distribution manholes and deep excavations,
shoring, pipe removal and replacement
all in accordance to SSCI safety procedures. |
